Bototulinim is a toxin that, when injected, blocks the nerves from releasing the chemical that stimulates muscle contraction. In doing this the muscles relax, smoothing out your skin There are different types of Botulinim toxin which most people know by the company names; Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxify- all of which are effective.
Improving hollowness means injecting a solution that plumps up the tissue, fills space and stretches out the sagging skin to change the shape of the face. The most common filler is Hyaluronic Acid which is a gooey, watery substance found in normal skin, joints and eyes and it can be injected safely into the face to plump up tissues. Again, there are multiple different brands that manufacture these. The most common I use are Juvaderm or Restylene and amongst these there are different grades of fillers that differe based on thickness. For instance in the cheek where you want more structural support you want a thicker filler but in the lips wehre you want it to look lush and natural you want a more watery filler.
